Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team. You will be joining our fun and friendly team based at our head office in Blackburn, Lancashire.
This is a crucial role to our business and involves nurturing an enquiry right through to order, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately as well as delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Duties
1. Nurture and cultivate in-bound leads, transforming prospects into valued customers.
2. Work as part of the sales team assisting with enquiries and customer requests to help generate new business.
3. Continue to build and sustain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
4. Quoting and generating proposals for potential customers.
5. Aim to meet and surpass sales targets.
6. Support with customer-facing activities by attending exhibitions and events.
7. Daily administrative tasks, including updating key prospect and customer information in our CRM system.
8. Personal development to help you grow alongside Uniplay.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: £23,954.00-£28,000.00 per year
