Our client is looking for a Customer Centric Order Processing Specialist to join their vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle critical tasks that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: · Process customer orders with precision, ensuring accurate item details and pricing.· Utilise the JDE Oracle system and collaborate with 3PL providers for seamless delivery.· Ensure product compliance with EU retail regulations, including EU TSD standards.· Resolve delivery discrepancies, maintaining comprehensive internal records.· Regularly review and update customer orders to maintain transparency and accuracy.· Deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels, keeping customers delighted.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance.· Show adaptability by managing additional accounts when needed. Requirements: · Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.· Proficiency in order entry and a sharp eye for detail.· Ability to work effectively with colleagues across diverse linguistic backgrounds.· Understanding of product barcoding and EU retail compliance.· Competence in MS Excel and Outlook.· Strong organisational skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades A-C).· Bonus: Additional language skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
