We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Law specialist with significant experience managing a diverse caseload, including divorce, financial matters, private children issues, and cohabitation disputes. You’ll take a leadership role by mentoring team members, maintaining excellent client care, and adhering to our firm’s national standards. This role will involve managing sensitive and time-critical matters, requiring strong communication, organisational, and time management skills. You will also have opportunities to oversee, delegate tasks, and mentor team members. You’ll be expected to engage with new clients, offering realistic advice and setting clear expectations. Your role will include negotiation responsibilities, managing time recording and billing to meet targets, and contributing to business development by attending networking events and exploring opportunities to elevate the team’s profile.
