We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at our Hunters Moore Service in Birmingham.
About the Role
Our Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service by supporting the management team and providing effective administrative and secretarial support to the multidisciplinary team. Maintaining high confidentiality and a professional yet friendly approach are essential.
Hunters Moore accommodates 42 patients requiring neurorehabilitation, including complex physical needs. The facility features onsite chefs preparing high-quality meals, a physiotherapy gym aiding recovery, and a private garden for outdoor leisure.
Working Hours
* Full Time - 37.5 hours
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Support the unit manager and team with administrative and secretarial duties
* Order and maintain stationery supplies
* Coordinate external professional visits
* Maintain training records in line with GDPR
* Produce reports accurately and promptly
* Develop good relationships with colleagues, residents, and families
* Handle purchase requests and approvals
* Manage resident money and discharge items
* Maintain purchase and petty cash spreadsheets, including weekly counts
* Provide reception cover as needed
* Manage banking tasks and credit card logs
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Healthcare sector experience is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Enhanced DBS clearance required
