A hands-on collaborative role responsible for working on integrated marketing communications campaigns. Alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, you will create emotive campaigns that win support for our Hospice, maximizing our opportunities for fundraising. Your clear and engaging marketing campaigns will bring people to support our charity and stay connected. With extensive experience in DM, you will know how to reach audiences through offline channels supporting a digital-first approach.
Main duties of the job
Bringing your creative expertise and passion for marketing to a local charity, you'll be working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that win hearts and support for our Hospice.
This role is a hands-on, multitasking role where juggling priorities and stakeholder expectations is the norm. If you thrive in a busy, agile environment where every day is different, then this could be the role for you.
With a busy fundraising and retail portfolio, you'll support the team to deliver integrated campaigns to maximize income and support outstanding experiences.
This is a truly collaborative role where you'll work with multiple colleagues to deliver the needs of the Hospice. Ensuring every opportunity is maximized and our return on investment tracked and reported on, you'll build the insight needed for decision-making of future marketing investment.

We are an independent local charity in the Heart of Kent (Aylesford), offering a wide range of services to support local people and their loved ones, who are living with a life-limiting or terminal illness.
The work we do makes a real difference to the lives of local people and we support over 1000 patients at any one time between our Inpatient Unit and Community teams. The majority of this care is funded by the support given to us by our local community.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Extensive DM experience in charity fundraising or nonprofit sector.
* Data management, GDPR and compliance experience essential.
* Brand management and design management.
* Drive innovation and evolution of brand and design of existing marketing materials.
* Experience in developing marketing campaigns around fundraising products and supporter journey communications.
* Experienced in managing expenditure budgets, including reforecasting and day-to-day budget management and reporting.
* Experience with data analysis, and how to use this insight to progress future activity.
* Experience of and a passion for delivering high-quality customer or supporter care while working efficiently and accurately.
* Managing and leading people to thrive.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experienced in IT - using databases to log and keep information accurately up to date, in a timely manner (the Hospice uses Raisers Edge).
* A positive approach to problem solving and decision making.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - able to communicate and build relationships with an array of people.
* Multitasker and thrives in a busy environment.
* Enthusiastic and pro-active, with a can-do attitude.
