We are currently looking for motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our specialist multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job To assess, plan, implement and evaluate high quality individualised care based on best practise principals. Education of junior members of the team and students undertaking practice placements. Acting as an assessor as per NMC guidance. Work in liaison with the senior management team to ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. Actively participate in the redevelopment of guidance and policy. To work towards shift coordination responsibilities with the support of the team.
