A bit
about what you will do...
* Overseeing
a well organised shift to ensure guests receive the best service
* Responsible
for control procedures on reception and the security of cash, keys and guest
data.
* To train
all team members to the required hotel standards Think of ways to improve
standards and create even higher service levels for our guests
* Plan
ahead and ensure staffing levels are accurate and sufficient
* Driving
sales/upselling at reception
* To
undertake front of house duties
* To build
a good rapport with all guests and try to resolve any complaints/issues

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm
under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written
and spoken English.
* A smart and professional appearance.

* Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive
manner.
* Experience
in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
* Opera PMS experience
