Due to continued business growth our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their dynamic sales team.
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads and building strong customer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a proven track record in telesales or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other telesales strategies.
2. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Integrity Software products.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential and existing customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
6. Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
8. Work closely with the marketing, sales and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales, telemarketing or a similar role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
4. Able to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
6. Highly motivated and target driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
