As a result of recent growth and internal restructure within their Digital department, they are now seeking a brand new role, in the shape of a Data Insights Analyst to join their team.
In a new to organisation position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside some Senior Stakeholders, and the role will offer a real challenge, as well as the opportunity to make a tangible difference to a business which is a household name in the UK, thus offering excellent career progression for any candidates with experience in Merchandising, Data Analysis or Stock Control.
In return, you can expect to receive a salary of up to c£30,000 D.O.E. plus an excellent list of benefits including staff discount, internal training and progression opportunities, hybrid/flexible working (2 days per week from home) and frequent social events.
Key Responsibilities
* Build Microsoft Excel Dashboards to support with valuable customer insights and play a key role in a new to organisation concept which will be rolled out Worldwide.
* Build Excel data reports and analyse/present findings for senior internal stakeholders.
* Analyse necessary data on multiple factors and trends in relation to location, consumer, and product.
* Identify any notable issues in datasets and investigate, proposing potential solutions.
* Support business strategy, improvement and sales opportunities through dataset findings and analytics.
* Manage acquired data to support the development of digital marketing strategies to further generate useful insights.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar Digital/Reporting analytical role essential.
* Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel (including for formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, report building) essential.
* Experience using Power BI preferred.
* Must be able to present findings in a clear and concise manner to support with future improvements and strategy.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
