Are you at the start of your career thinking a hands-on and active role is more for you? Maybe you're considering a career change. Either way, check this position out as it requires no experience.
This entry-level warehouse assistant role is for a bright and conscientious individual who can work quickly in a large and busy warehouse to pick and pack stock. Initially, you will work with the paperwork to track deliveries and stock shipping. However, the business is transitioning to using scanners later in the year, so you will be comfortable using new technology. In time, the company will fund your training to gain your forklift license, and once you have this, you will also operate the forklift truck. You will work as part of a small warehouse team and liaise with people in other departments.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. There is a really nice kitchen/break-out area for your 30-minute lunch break.
Here is an opportunity to join a successful company that can offer a long-term and stable career. The benefit package includes an annual bonus, company pension scheme, health insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and social events throughout the year. There's secure on-site parking for your car or bike.
The role requires candidates to have GCSE levels C/4 or (equivalent) and above in Maths and English.
