Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our client’s team. Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to business departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
* Data Entry and Management: Input, track, and maintain accurate records, databases, and files (both physical and digital).
* Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating business projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for business queries, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, suppliers, and team members.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking rooms, and taking meeting minutes when required.
* Process Improvement: Help identify areas for operational efficiency and assist in implementing improvements to processes and workflows.
* Compliance and Filing: Ensure that all business operations and documents comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
