About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Loss Prevention Assistant to join our team who will complete timely & accurate stocktakes across the Retail Estate to support the delivery of the Convenience shrink and loss strategy. You will report directly into the Stocktake Specialist and will be a field based role over a 5 day working week. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting retail preparation for the stocktake process and challenging poor preparation where appropriate
2. You'll complete accurate and timely counts
3. Work closely and alongside store teams to ensure good process compliance
4. To complete stocktakes with a minimum of disruption to the store operation
5. To deliver stocktakes accurately
6. You'll acts as Subject Matter Expert on stocktake process for Morrisons Daily retail
7. With this being a field based role you will be required to work away from home but all travel expenses and accommodation will be covered by the business.
