We’re looking for an exceptional Regional HR Manager to join our People Team, based in Cambridge. This is a true generalist position where you will support the team of Head of People, UK, Europe and AMEA in delivering the people strategy. Responsibilities Supporting the Head of People, UK, Europe and AMEA in providing support, advice and guidance to on all HR matters, to stakeholders regionally outside of UK. Ownership of stakeholder relationship with Regional Commercial GM’s and their teams Working with the broader HR team to provide advisor level support on all HR matters to all UK teams. Supporting all heads of and line managers across the employee lifecycle Deliver administrative support across various processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency Work within strict deadlines to accurately process high volumes of confidential internal and external data. Working with local legal counsel to best support the business in managing employee lifecycle outside of the UK Working closely with Payroll Manager to ensure payroll outside of UK is managed in an efficient and timely manner Partnering with managers to provide advice and guidance in relation to HR policy and process Supporting with the management of absence and performance cases Coaching Managers to upskill in all areas of people management Drive performance management process with stakeholders Operating effectively both independently and as part of a team, with crucial interaction and collaboration with entire HR team Support HR projects and contribute to their successful delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory and legal requirements and rolling out legislative changes across the organisation Ensuring HRIS system is accurate at all times for area of responsibility, and maintain accurate electronic employee files, with our administrator Assisting with a variety of HR change projects Analyse HR data to drive targeted support for area of responsibility We’re a rapidly developing company and roles can change and evolve. You’ll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the People remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives. About you To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be: CIPD Level 5, preferred Proven experience in advisory support across Europe and other regions Demonstrable up to date knowledge of HR best practice Proven experience as an HR Senior Advisor or Manager in a similar role Strong IT Skills and knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrable experience of building relationships with stakeholders coupled with an ability to influence Strong knowledge of employment law, its interpretation and ability to establish position and actions Strong organisational skills At CMR we’re building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace; what matters most to us is that you identify with our values and are passionate about making a difference.
