An exciting interim opportunity has opened within our growing Procurement team We're seeking a proactive Procurement Operations Co-Ordinator to join us on an 8-month fixed-term contract (until July 2025) to support our business expansion and take on a fast-paced, impactful role. Starting in April 2025, HCRG Care Group will take on three large service contracts, increasing our client offering, staff base, supplier base, and spending footprint. In this role, you'll collaborate with and support stakeholders across the entire business, manage cases through ServiceNow and a shared inbox, and contribute to strategic projects alongside the wider Procurement team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home 90% of the time, with only occasional travel to our head office in Runcorn. Alternatively, you're welcome to base yourself in one of our various office locations. Supplier price updates, HCRG name changes, couriers, expediting Supporting with Account Forms for services Delivery queries & supporting with mis-deliveries to Head Office Please see the attached job description for a full list of job responsibilities.
