£15 Per Hour, 40 Hours Per Week As Lobby Host – Security you are responsible for the welcoming guests, advising on local information and advice to residents and visitors. You will maintain high standards of safety and be a visible presence in all public and back of house areas. You will be part of a highly proactive, multi-disciplined and professional front office team, the Lobby Host – Security will be responsible for the highest level of front of house, guest experience and events services: Demonstrate ‘best in class’ Customer Service and Satisfaction You will ensure all visitors feel important & welcome through positive interaction You act as an ambassador for all visitors until connecting with their host, event or meeting. A friendly face as well as a constant reassuring presence. Maintain a sound knowledge the hotel and local area whilst being on hand to share this knowledge to enhance the service journey and experience Provide accurate and timely reports to the Operations Manager Look for time efficient ways of completing any activity, which is customer focused Escalate potential and actual security issues, appropriate and timely manner. You will be vigilant and alert to everything that's going on around you, ready to spot potential situations and responding rapidly should you need. Be punctual Be prepared to assist your colleagues in a willing and positive manner and move from one activity to another, as needed Be friendly, pleasant acting with a one team approach.
