National Sales Director
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Contract type: Full Time Permanent
Salary: £80,000 base salary plus a generous commission package and car allowance
Working hours: 40 hours a week
About the role
Are you an experienced Sales Director with a passion for winning new business and service provisions? We are seeking a skilled National Sales Director to join our team, focusing on the ownership of delivery and accelerated growth strategy for idverde. This role involves the growth of revenue, margin, and market share across our multiple service areas of grounds maintenance, landscaping services, winter works, and play design and installation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboratively design a dynamic market growth strategy whilst building a team of regional sales managers to proactively grow the business.
2. Drive excellent performance amongst your sales team to deliver the growth strategy and achieve sales targets as per budget.
3. Increase business opportunities through various routes to market while keeping up to date with competitor activity.
4. Align existing sales resources by developing a new sales process, reviewing industry innovations, and keeping informed about opportunities to develop idverde services.
Requirements
1. Demonstrated expertise in selling services to customers ideally across multiple sectors.
2. Proven experience in successfully designing, recruiting, and managing a highly successful network of sales managers.
3. The ability to be an inspirational leader, motivating large teams of sales professionals.
4. Extensive field sales team management experience.
5. Substantial experience in market growth strategy.
