THE COMPANY My client is an IT consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. They design, implement, and support IT infrastructure and application solutions for clients. This role is WFH (after 2 weeks induction in Livingston) Some shift work - 8am-8pm THE ROLE Promptly dealing with phone calls and emails from customer users. Dealing with incidents / requests, and ensuring all tickets are logged Carrying out Microsoft support Firmware upgrades Managing open tickets Providing remote support and fixes Service Desk Engineers - Essential Skills: Excellent customer service skill sets Experience with Microsoft applications Ability to showcase your troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience carrying out Firmware upgrades This role will require you to obtain a Basic Disclosure As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom .
