About the Work: We provide care to the elderly and also to adults with physical disabilities, dementia and other neurological conditions. This includes all aspects of personal care, providing companionship, helping with social visits and days out, meal preparation, shopping, medication administration and housekeeping. Providing personal care and support Preparing meals of choice and assisting with general housework. Enabling and promoting independence, including social and work related activities Administering medication - providing medication at appropriate times. About You: If you have previous experience as a Support Worker or Carer we would love to hear from you. However, if you don’t have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from other backgrounds to apply. For example, you may already provide informal care to relations or family members, with skills that can provide a great base for joining our team. What you will need: A can do attitude, a caring nature and willing to go the extra mile. Be passionate about providing excellent care. Able to work every other weekend.
