The role is in our Awarding Organisation Performance (AOP) team which form part of the VTQ Operations Unit. The AOP team is responsible for monitoring awarding organisations’ compliance, capability, and capacity. The team is responsible for understanding and regulating risks posed by each awarding organisation’s governance and portfolio, as well as managing risks to awarding organisations’ stability driven by the wider landscape. Successful applicants will have a working knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and enterprise risk management and/or qualification development and delivery, experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and strong analytical skills. Person Specification The postholder will be analysing information and using this to identify themes and build evidence bases to support and drive specific regulatory activities. This will include coordinating the ongoing monitoring of specific awarding organisations, case management of information received from awarding organisations and assessing risk and assurance through our regulatory work.
