Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone Deal with general enquiries, book and amend appointments, registration of patients, read-code data into clinical systems, and handle patient notes Assist with initial triage of patient enquiries Communicate test results Undertake task management on clinical systems Enter patient information on to the practice clinical system as required Open incoming documents in a timely fashion and distribute to other practice teams promptly and accurately Provide administrative support to clinical teams
