We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Tyne & Wears leading and fastest growing Construction & Property contractors Due to a continued period of growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their team. You will be responsibly for contracts & personnel in the region ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of projects & client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Generate work programmes – site specific Monitor project progression – identify any variations Work collaboratively with contracts team in labour allocation Arrange welfare and sanitation facilities where applicable Order and arrange distribution of materials Raise sub-contractor orders from company approved list Good knowledge of H&S legislation, CDM etc. Undertake risk and COSHH assessments as required - monitor Generate and distribute RAMS Implement Company Site Health and Safety policy Manage site-based employees and sub-contractors – allocation of responsibility Mandatory site inspections Ensure site staff observe safety policies inc. use of PPE Financial control in accordance with quotation Assist in preparation of interim claims Collate financial information for weekly review meeting Provide line management to employees Package Includes a Vehicle, company phone, laptop, fuel card If this role is of interest then please contact Unify
