We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support our Sales, Events, and Reservations teams. This back-of-house role requires someone with strong administrative and financial skills who thrives in a methodical and process-driven environment.
If you have experience in hospitality operations, excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud, and a keen eye for detail, this is your opportunity to join our dynamic team.
In this role:
* You will process group sales invoices, manage contracted event deposits, audit group bookings in Opera, and handle commission-related invoices.
* You’ll support daily event billing audits, assist with reporting to spot sales opportunities, and ensure outstanding PM balances are regularly reviewed and resolved.
* Additionally, you’ll liaise with travel agents regarding commission payments and provide administrative support to the wider teams.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality, who is proficient in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
A finance or billing background would be an advantage, along with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
