* Manage and deliver training for the technical department and support technical training business-wide
* Lead site audits and customer visits
* Support and contribute to continuous improvement and business development initiatives
* Attend weekly management meetings as a key member of the leadership team
* Provide leadership and mentoring to a small but capable technical team

* Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
* Someone eager to implement change and develop the department
* A hands-on, practical leader who can balance operational demands with strategic thinking
* Experience working within an SME environment is advantageous but not essential
Why Join?
* Full autonomy to shape and develop the technical function
* An opportunity to be part of a growing, well-established family-run business
* A business open to new ideas, improvements, and fresh approaches
* A key leadership role with direct influence on the company’s future direction
* A Monday to Friday role with a competitive salary and scope for growth
