Tax Manager - Reward Advisory Services
Manchester, Birmingham, London, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool, Glasgow or Edinburgh

Our Reward Advisory Services (RAS) team forms a crucial part of our Employer Solutions offering - working closely with clients to design and implement the right employee incentive arrangements for a wide range of private AIM and FTSE listed companies.
A look into the role
As a Tax Manager in our Reward Advisory Services team you will:
1. Work primarily with mid-market clients, providing highly technical reward advice in a commercial and practical context.
2. Deliver equity reward projects, and implementation of share plans, and specialist tax support on transactions.
3. Be part of the national Reward Advisory Services (RAS) service line, within the wider Employer Solutions team incorporating Employment Tax and Global Mobility Services.
4. Manage graduates and trainees and help with their development.
5. Support our Partners and Directors through proactively targeting and developing new clients as well as leading client engagements.
6. Take responsibility for managing client accounts and lead on day to day client relationships.
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is tax experience within Equity Reward. You’ll have a professional qualification (CTA / ATT / ACA) or equivalent, or be a qualified lawyer.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
1. Technical expertise designing and implementing employee incentive plans.
2. An excellent record of client service and an ability to manage your time efficiently working to tight deadlines.
3. A proactive approach to the management of client projects including taking responsibility for billing and fee management.
4. Experience of business development or a desire to develop the relevant skills.
5. Document implementation (drafting), and / or modelling skills.
