An Outstanding secondary school in Upminster is seeking a creative and dynamic Art Teacher to join their talented team. Starting in April 2025, this full-time role is ideal for both experienced teachers and those beginning their teaching careers, with excellent support available for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).



Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and innovative Art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Foster creativity and encourage students to explore their artistic potential in a supportive learning environment.
* Collaborate with the Art department to develop and implement an inspiring curriculum.
* Support students in building confidence and technical skills in various artistic disciplines.
* Uphold the high standards of our Outstanding school in Upminster.


Ideal Candidate:

1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has a subject-related degree with proven teaching experience.
2. Passionate about art education, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
