We are looking for someone to work up to 37 hours per week but if you are looking for part-time hours, we are very open to having a conversation around flexible working in line with service delivery.
About the role
The council is working to deliver Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) in Huntingdonshire. This is a legislative change that moves the enforcement of a number of offences from the police to the council.
The role will support the Operations Manager within the project on works being undertaken and will be actively involved in all stages of the projects, providing a driving force with direct impact on the efficiency and overall success.
This requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and problem-solving. You will also need to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of the project.
This role is being offered as a full-time (37 hours per week) fixed-term 6 month role.
An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. Huntingdonshire District Council does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
