We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools, one primary school, and two internal alternative provisions, with over 700 employees and over 5,000 students, based in Dudley and Staffordshire in the West Midlands.

Our alternative provision estate supports learners to share the same ethos; young people who are most vulnerable are supported to flourish and experience success. Both Greenhill Alternative Learning Campus in Halesowen and Invictus Revive Learning Centre at Leasowes aim to support young people in KS3 and 4 who have been unable to achieve in a mainstream setting.
We are seeking a Teacher of Maths to teach small groups of young people who have social emotional and mental health issues. You will be supported by a team of dedicated support staff and leaders in a joint approach to secure the best academic outcomes for young people.

You will need to be;
* A qualified teacher able to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and adapted curriculum for small groups of vulnerable students.
* A teacher with good subject knowledge, able to design and deliver lessons that are interesting and engaging for young people.
* Able to facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and which meets their individual needs.
* Able to enter into restorative conversations with young people to foster positive relationships and progress.
* Committed to the achievement of young people who are vulnerable or at risk
