Keep Projects Flowing Smoothly: Take charge of incoming creative requests, match them with the right team members, and keep everything moving toward deadlines. Simplify and Supercharge Workflows: Set up streamlined processes in the project management platform that boost team collaboration. Prioritise and Balance Workload: Collaborate with creative leads to tackle the most impactful projects first. Serve as the go-to link between the creative team and departments like marketing, product, and sales. 3-5 years of experience within a marketing, creative, or advertising studio.
~ Experience with project management software (example Monday.Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative development processes, and resource management.
~ Ability to communicate effectively with both creative professionals and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project timelines and priorities.
