Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour (K:A Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £12.60 under the Living Wage Initiative. Term and Conditions apply)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Auchenharvie Golf Course, Moorpark Road West, Stevenston, KA20 3HU
Role Summary:
Job Purpose:
1. Preparation of facilities for use and the on-going cleaning of the facility ensuring a high standard of "housekeeping" for the customers.
2. General supervision of the use of the facilities and services.
3. Provision of assistance to the customers.
4. Use of computerised booking system for both the course and Driving range.
5. Processing of memberships and membership management.
6. Respond to the customer enquiries in person and via telephone calls.
7. Work as part of a team to ensure that adequate arrangements are in place to maintain the service for customers.
You Must Have:
8. Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
9. Flexible in approach to working patterns.
10. Experience of Cash Handling and basic IT Skills.
11. Must be self-motivated in carrying out all aspects of post.
