Look no further We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Egham who are looking to appoint a Office Junior for the 4 weeks ongoing, at the rate of £17.50 per hour umbrella Job responsibilities General Office Administration: Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating weekly food shopping. Support the Senior Leadership Team with any additional administrative tasks as required. Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner and help in ensuring a positive experience. Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning effectively. Manage the procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office equipment, including computers, printers, and conference room technology. Assist in the organisation and maintenance of office documents, ensuring easy access and proper filing. Travel and Logistics Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all team members regarding travel and accommodation bookings liaising with travel service providers as needed. Ensure adherence to the travel policy by overseeing the travel arrangements and maintaining travel log. Meeting Scheduling and Coordination: Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office events. Ensure meeting spaces are properly set up and functioning. Supplier and Partner Liaison: Act as a liaison between organisation and external partners or service providers, ensuring smooth operational workflows, including communication with Lehal Advisors and administrative service providers as needed. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to assist with ongoing projects, including raising purchase orders, verifying invoices for payment, and reconciling expenses. Compliance & Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations and workplace laws. Coordinate office-wide health and safety training, including fire safety drills and other required procedures. Maintain records of safety protocols, first aid kits, and emergency contacts in line with company policies and legal requirements.Key Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. Proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance. Experience in office administration, facilities coordination, and vendor management is preferred.
