About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. This involves supervising and mentoring a team of Care Assistants, alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also assist the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.
Key Responsibilities:

* Support the clinical team in providing high-quality care
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
Working Arrangements:
This is a Bank position, requiring flexibility to work varied hours and days to cover annual leave, sick leave, and other absences.
Salary: £18.50 - £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
