Kids' Club Manager (Before and After Club) SHIRLEY HEATH JUNIOR SCHOOL TERM Part-time, term time only (38 weeks per year) to start as soon as possible SALARY Band D £30,296 to £34,834 pro rata (actual salary £17,116.53 to £19,680.39 approx.) HOURS 25 hours per week Mon: 7.15am to 8.30am & 2.40pm to 6.00pm Tue/Wed/Thu 2.40pm to 6.00pm Fri 1.50pm to 6.00pm Plus 5.5 hrs Admin, times TBA We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage our Before and After School Club. You will be part of a very supportive and friendly team. The role includes: • Developing, managing and organising the Before and After School club. • Implementing planning including setting up of resources, and engaging with children • Being flexible and creative and be committed to providing outstanding childcare/education • Promoting good practice and a positive ethos in a professional and inclusive manner • Undertaking such duties as may become necessary to ensure the successful running of the provision • Ensuring that the services provide an approach that respects and values children’s life experiences and celebrates diversity. • Line managing and performance reviewing childcare staff. • Organising staff rotas and cover. • Being responsible for ensuring that childcare fees are charged and paid on time Shirley Heath Junior School was judged by Ofsted in September 2024 as OUTSTANDING in all categories.
