About The Job As our Front-End Developer / CRM Administrator, you will take charge of both our WordPress websites and our CRM system (currently HubSpot and going to Salesforce), ensuring they are optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with our business goals. This role requires a blend of front-end development expertise and CRM administration skills. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms, delivering a top-tier digital experience for our clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: WordPress Development : Maintain, and optimise our WordPress websites, focusing on custom page additions, plugins, and overall site performance. Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and visually appealing. Front End Coding : Ability to write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages. Implement modern frameworks and libraries as needed (e.g., Bootstrap, React) to enhance user experience. HubSpot/ Salesforce CRM Administration : Serve as the in-house expert for our CRM system which is moving from Hubspot to Salesforce, managing the CRM’s configuration, customisation, and integration with other platforms. Ensure data integrity, optimise workflows, and support marketing and sales initiatives through automation and reporting. Performance Optimisation : Regularly audit and optimise website performance, including load times, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Data Management : Manage data within the CRM, including importing, exporting, and segmenting data to support targeted marketing efforts. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Security and Maintenance : Implement best practices for WordPress and CRM, including regular updates, backups, and vulnerability assessments. Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support for both websites and the CRM system, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring minimal downtime. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and report on website and CRM performance using tools like Google Analytics and the CRM reporting features. At least 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries & proficiency in PHP for WordPress development. Extensive experience in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM administration, including customisation, automation, and integration with other tools. Ability to leverage Salesforce and HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and reporting features to drive business growth. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues Knowledge of web security best practices, including experience with WordPress security tools and HubSpot’s security features. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
