Sphere Solutions are recruiting for a well-known new build contractor based in Cardiff who are looking for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work alongside the already established commercial team. This client works across South Wales on projects including new build residential, care homes, and schools. They thrive on repeat business from clients they have great working relationships with, as well as new business ventures in similar markets.
Ideally, they are looking for someone who has experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in a similar area of the industry. A construction-related degree would be an advantage, but experience in the industry is the more important aspect of your background. You will be working on a variety of different projects with numerous exciting clients.
