McCann Leeds is looking for an energetic and passionate PR & Social Account Manager with a real passion for trends, newsworthy winning content and Social Media to join its rapidly growing team working across some great home and lifestyle brands. If successful, you’ll work with some of the most talented and experienced strategists, creatives, producers and writers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Proven social first project management skills, including creating and managing timing plans.
* Experience with end-to-end project management and scoping projects.
* Strong financial acumen to handle budgets and project estimates.
* Ability to manage both digital and real-life events.
* Proficiency in reporting to track performance.
* Experience in client liaison for maintaining strong relationships.
* Familiarity with scheduling tools and social listening platforms.
* Strategic planning and execution to align projects with client goals.
* Creative ideation and innovation for delivering impactful campaigns.
* Developing and implementing social media strategies across all platforms.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
* Leading and collaborating with internal teams on integrated campaigns.
* Analysing engagement metrics and KPIs to assess performance.
* Problem-solving with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to briefs.
* Managing influencer contracts and briefing to ensure smooth collaboration and impactful campaigns.
* Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaigns and elevate client work.
