We are looking for a dental sales administration assistant to join our team in Lisburn, serving as a main point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries, and providing support to our sales representatives. Ideally, you will have a dental background; however, this is not essential as our fabulous team will provide you with training, and you will have a passion to enhance the skills you already have.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Process orders
2. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
3. Handle incoming calls and other forms of communication
4. Support the wider team with administrative tasks and processing orders
5. Maintain and update sales and customer records
6. Liaise with our operations team to ensure timely deliveries, enabling us to maintain excellent customer service
In this role, you will be required to be a team player with excellent time management skills, so that you can support the sales team in reaching our revenue targets.
