About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Fundraising and Marketing Support Administrator Apprentice, to perform a range of vital functions under the supervision of the Fundraising and Marketing Support Team Leaders and within the Supporter Experience Department here at the Alzheimer's Society to enable us to provide first-class services to our supporters, staff, and volunteers.
The role entails processing and thanking donations from our supporters, managing queries and potential complaints from our supporters, responding to internal requests and queries from colleagues both within our team and the wider fundraising directorate, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

After successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Please note that we cannot accept anyone for the role that has a Level 3 or above qualification in business administration.
About You
* Strong sense of empathy and an awareness of what is most appropriate when dealing with sensitive situations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Ability to process at high speed to a very high standard.
* Determination to produce and maintain a high standard of work; data quality is key to the role as you will need to follow Data Protection guidelines.
* Experience in customer service.
* Able to understand the importance of reconciliation and good financial processing.
* Able to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure.
This apprenticeship role is for a period of 24 months.
Location: This role is office-based in Plymouth, England.
