Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple practices within the group. Develop and maintain efficient office systems and workflows. Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, including CQC standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, dental nurses, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and payroll. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met. Develop strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency. Patient Experience and Relations: Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes. Address patient concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Introduce strategies to improve patient experience and engagement. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance protocols. Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety procedures. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies. Qualifications and Skills Required: CQC-registered or eligible to register. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in dental practice management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams. Knowledge of dental procedures, billing, and insurance processes. Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations. Proficiency in dental management software. Willingness to travel between practices when required
