Customer Experience Executive - Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for engaging with customers providing an aftercare service making sure customers needs are met by providing additional coaching, training and guidance throughout.
11. Answering customer queries and escalating as necessary to the appropriate department
12. Proactively suggest improvements and solutions to customers
13. Update the CRM system with customer feedback and information
14. Liaise regularly with customers to ensure they are getting full optimisation of the software
15. Build long term relationships with customers
16. Build business plans with customers long term
Customer Success Executive - The Candidate:
17. Previous experience in a Customer Service environment
18. Excellent client care skills
19. Professional communication skills
20. Ability to manage relationships
21. Professional communication skills both written and verbal
22. Able to prioritise workload
23. Work in a fast paced environment
24. IT Literate- Microsoft Office
25. Technically minded and an interest in IT would be advantageous
