My client are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead, inspire and deliver strategic growth within their recruitment division.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nThis is a hands-on, leadership position where you’ll manage a team of Recruitment Consultants, Team Leaders and Trainees to deliver consistent revenue growth. You’ll combine sales strategy with strong operational oversight to ensure the team hits performance targets while delivering a best-in-class service to clients and candidates alike.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * \n\n Leading and mentoring a team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets\n\n * \n\n Driving new business through strategic client engagement and proactive sales activities\n\n * \n\n Building strong client relationships across the sectors\n\n * \n\n Managing pipelines, forecasting performance, and contributing to business planning\n\n * \n\n Ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and team development\n\n * \n\n Collaborating closely with the Director to align operations with broader strategic goals\n\n * The monitoring and control of all overheads and cost of sales.\n\n * To carry out all appraisals and reviews in line with company guidelines.\n\n * To ensure all new recruits are fully inducted in the program and continually reviewed, coached and developed.\n\n * Hold weekly meetings to ensure staff are fully informed and focused on the targets and general direction of their branch.\n\n * Set and review individual’s and teams sales, activity and revenue targets on both a weekly and monthly basis in line with company targets and objectives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Proven track record in sales management\n\n * \n\n Demonstrable success in growing new business and developing high-performing teams\n\n * \n\n Strategic thinker with hands-on sales capability\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills\n\n * \n\n Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills\n\n * \n\n Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with reporting and metrics\n\nWhat’s in It for You\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary + commission/bonus structure, Car allowance\n\n * \n\n Clear progression path and influence over business direction\n\n * \n\n Dynamic, ambitious working environment with autonomy to lead\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to shape and scale a growing division
