Conference and Events Manager at The Excel, London
£36,500 per annum
ExCeL London Hospitality caters for the biggest, most influential events in the UK, from executive meetings to large scale conferences and exhibitions. We boast a highly trained team of managers, chefs and waiting staff, who ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Purpose of role:
1. To develop the leadership of our team and inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
2. Facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that we are meeting expectations.
3. Review performance and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
5. Supervise event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Who you are:
1. Proven experience in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
2. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
5. Ability to lead others and influence/operate at all stakeholder levels.
