The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes recruitment and thrives in a high-energy environment. As a key player in our growth, you will:
* Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a perfect match for both parties.
* Source and attract top talent within the automotive industry using various recruitment methods.
* Manage the recruitment process from candidate screening to placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Achieve and exceed targets, earning competitive monthly commission on top of your base salary.
* Collaborate with a supportive team, contributing to our mission and success.
This role will function as a 360 role, so we do require experience of working in a full cycle recruitment role involving business development as well as existing client management and candidate sourcing. This role currently offers a warm desk with our existing temp desk clients and will gain from every incoming candidate and client looking for a permanent opportunity. There are hopes that this will be the start of a Permanent team, with the person appointed in this role to lead the team to success.
This is a Monday - Friday role, with our standard hours being 9:00am - 5:00pm; however, this role will require a level of out of hours working or availability to be able to facilitate candidates and clients within an industry that demands flexibility.
