The Brand Comms team play a pivotal role – both in creating meaningful experiences and in telling engaging stories – we are the voice of Nando’s brand. The Senior Campaigns Manager is a senior role that is fundamental in planning and delivering multiple campaigns a year across our communication platforms and new product launches. This is a central role within the Brand Communications team and they will help lead high profile content and campaign launches from inception through to planning, production, delivery and measurement. Key Responsibilities & Expectations: · Working alongside the team help to develop and deliver the UK marketing objectives and ultimately the overall Nando’s business objectives. · Act as the central point for select Nando’s UK and IRE campaign communications with a focus on Multichannel (Eat-in, Collect & Delivery). · Act as main client lead for select campaign briefs and work closely with brand product owners, other stakeholders and agencies to deliver world class customer campaigns that only Nando’s could deliver. · Manage and lead our Deliveroo marketing communications as a brand guardian, comms and campaign POV alongside the Delivery Marketing Team. · Work with the Content and Campaigns Lead to define and agree objectives for all activations and ensure the campaign strategy delivers against these. · Ensure all campaigns have a publishing plan and are representative of an owned, earned and paid approach. · Support the Performance Marketing Team to produce optimised creative for digital and own the creative strategy. · Manage significant marketing budget and be accountable that all is delivered with clear ROI and metrics in place. · Work with our Insights Team and use internal tools to leverage insight and data to ensure our comms are always relevant and our campaigns are deployed effectively. · Identify and measure clear KPIs for all activity, be accountable for pulling this together post campaign alongside multiple stakeholders. · Support the Content and Campaigns Lead and the wider team to deliver content franchises and partnership opportunities. · Actively demonstrate and encourage the Nando’s values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity & Family spirit in all that you do. · Act as a brand guardian across all campaign outputs. Key Stakeholders: This role will touch into many different parts of the business, including: · Content and Campaigns Lead · Head of Brand Comms · Performance Marketing Manager · Head of Ecomm · Marketing Director · Brand Comms Team · Marketing Leadership Team · Regional Marketing Team · Multiple External Creative & Media Agencies The candidate should possess / be: · 5 years in campaign management, planning, agency or content production. · Strong digital marketing experience. · Experience activating and analysing full-funnel media campaigns across a variety of channels · Naturally calm under pressure, able to distinguish the critical from the chaos, and lead a team of internal peers and external partners, with sleeves rolled up. · Character traits: Authentic, passionate, strategic, collaborative with sound judgment. · Naturally organised, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project resource both internally and externally. · Fastidious about detail. · Able to manage own time, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. · A natural instinct as brand guardian, sharing responsibility for our brand’s reputation.
