Interim Accounts Assistant (12 month FTC) - Nr St. Austell / Hybrid - £22-26,000
Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively reengaged by a past client, a highly successful and very rapidly expanding hospitality business based in a beautiful location a short drive from St. Austell. They currently seek to recruit an interim Accounts Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave. The contract is expected to commence in July 2022 with a duration of 12 months.
* Please note that this contract is available on either a full time or part time arrangement (3-4 days per week), with 1 day of hybrid working to suit the successful candidate *
Reporting to the company’s Finance Director, the successful candidate will enjoy a broad and varied role that will predominantly entail the use of Xero to coordinate the day to day accounting function: purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping.
What we’re looking for: Whilst great technical experience is obviously a given, team fit is high on the priority list. The business is headed up by a dynamic, energetic and passionate team and that is reflected in their success. We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing candidate; a stickler for efficiency, problem solving and process improvements. Ideally AAT qualified, but potentially QBE, we’re looking for a candidate with good exposure to cloud-based accounting systems (preferably Xero), and good general IT skills.
