Annual salary: up to £50,000.00 Project Manager Durham – Littleburn Road Full time ,Permanent 42.5 hours Monday – Friday company car Salary up to: £50,000 About the role: As a Project Manager your role will involve managing multiple schemes consisting of - retrofit, energy efficiency, roofing, and a garage demolition project, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and safely. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, produce and monitor workflows, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of health and safety. Building strong relationships with clients and the community, mentoring subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations are key aspects. Effective communication, time management, and a focus on customer experience are essential. Additionally, you'll support other project managers and participate in business development and training activities. Role Criteria: UK Full driving licence IT literate – Microsoft Knowledge of Risk Management strategies. Previous experience with Social housing in capital and planned works.
