Job summary The Capital Projects Team has an opportunity for a 12 Months Secondment Capital Projects Manager to support the Principal Capital Projects Manager to deliver a diverse range of complex and technical projects across the London Estate. The successful candidate will have line management responsibility and manage capital, site infrastructure, repair, upgrade projects, refurbishments within clinical and non-clinical environment. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be qualified and experienced in relevant field (refer to Person Specification for details) and have a passion to be involved in stakeholder engagement, design development and environmental improvement including an interest in sustainability within the field; they will be a leader in their field with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex and technical messages to non-technical audiences whilst fully embracing the Trust Values.
