Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?
Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, to match invoices
Manage the GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) Process
Maintain PO Compliance for the site
Dealing with purchase ledger and sales ledger invoice queries with the assistance of stakeholders
Conduct weekly and monthly Supplier Invoicing
Maintain databases used for the Management Accounts purposes
Data collection & reconciliation to support projects
Assist with Payroll processing and Purchase Card reconciliations
What are we looking for?
Entry Level position with ideally experience working in the financial sector
Strong organisation skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed with set deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google sheets and applications
Workday knowledge would be an advantage
GCSE (5 A-C to include Maths & English)
Studying or applying to study AAT
