Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to assist recruiting managers in building and developing our workforce. We are a countywide regulated social care provider, responsible for delivering personal care and support for people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and/or Autism.
You will work closely with recruiting managers, be the subject matter expert and support recruitment needs, proactively working on candidate attraction and the delivery of timely resourcing solutions. You will be responsible for developing, leading, and coordinating marketing and recruitment initiatives, from placing adverts, assisting with selection through to the onboarding of new starters; ensuring a smooth and streamlined process throughout.
Utilising a variety of media channels, you'll develop engaging content to promote us as an employer of choice. You'll attend job and career fairs, and develop relationships with local Universities, Schools, and Colleges to support a talent pipeline and increase awareness of the variety of our rewarding care roles.
You'll be comfortable managing a busy workload, prioritising effectively while maintaining clear and frequent communication with stakeholders and candidates. You should have strong attention to detail and be able to deliver under pressure to high standards.
It would be beneficial for you to have previous experience recruiting for social care roles and/or experience of recruiting within the public sector.
About You

* Experience of in-house recruitment and hard to fill roles
* Knowledge of recruitment best practice and legislation, current resourcing methods and market trends
* Planning and organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to develop good working relationships
* Ability to identify areas for improvement and change
* Proactive approach with flexibility to meet service needs
An enhanced DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
