Strathmore College is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join their maintenance team. We seek a passionate handyperson and an enthusiastic DIYer to carry out reactive daily maintenance within the site and grounds. You will also liaise with contractors on site and handle ad-hoc requests from management as needed.

Ideally, you will have experience in general labouring and handyperson work, with the following qualities:
* Communication: Ability to interact effectively, including with young people who may display emotional, behavioral, autism, ADHD, or related difficulties.
* Organisation: Confidence and organization in record-keeping, ensuring issues are logged on internal systems, and routine maintenance checks are up to date.
* Attentiveness: Ability to understand each unique job and identify areas where support is needed.
