Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Tamworth Hybrid working: 3 days in office Salary: Up to £35,000 Company Overview: SF Recruitment are supporting an award winning finance business to recruit a Digital Marketing ExecutiveIt's an exciting time to join this business as an additional pair of capable and enthusiastic hands are needed to help support the increasing marketing workload. They are a small fledgling marketing team, looking for someone to join the business with a proven track record in working with all aspects of digital marketing activity, ideally in a service-oriented sector such as financial services or insurance. An individual who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the WordPress website and manage changes. Responsible for SEO, website health, and Google Analytics reporting. Assist in driving the introduction of a D2C offer through the website. Build and deliver digital marketing activity via the website, including SEO and PPC. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. Support the management of marketing projects from inception to completion, including the online enquiry platform HUB. Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance marketing activity. Manage and update the company’s website content. Monitor and report on the ROI effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, demonstrating core values and behaviors. Adhere fully to the company handbook and policies. Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Required: Previous experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Paid Ads) which can be evidenced through results. Previous experience operating a Marketing CRM platform such as HubSpot, Dot Digital, or similar. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn quickly and gain an understanding of product knowledge and/or regulations. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners. High degree of accuracy in work. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to deliver solutions, not problems.
